We have been repurposing industrial buildings for use as creative work space since 1992
Our very first building: the Toole Shed Studios is still running well after 27 years in continuous operation. Originally owned by the Arizona Department of Transportation, the studio complex was so successful that a non profit was formed to buy the building. Shortly after the Toole Shed reached maximum occupancy we moved into the adjoining HazMat building. Since then we have retro fitted buildings in Downtown L.A., Boyle Heights, and Highland Park Los Angeles
Our team has also been responsible for renovating and operating the classic 1940’s diner the Congress Grill in Tucson, Ba Restaurant in Highland Park Los Angeles and more. We have also consulted on projects in Brooklyn, City Terrace, and Santa Barbara.
