We are very chuffed to announce our new artists studio complex: West Coast Fulfillment Center! 22,000 square feet of sun splashed, oak floored artist work space. Construction has begun and we are taking reservations for studios from 250 to 2,500 square feet.
Located downtown, a few blocks from the convention center and L.A. Live on Venice Boulevard and Valencia Street. There is ample street parking and space for a few cars in our large loading dock.
Yesterday we put down the second coat of urethane on the 10,00 sq ft oak floor and it looks amazing!!!
We will have several studios ready for occupancy by October 1st. and we are taking deposits for custom sizes. Next winter we will begin renovation of the first floor of the building where we will host digital suites, a woodshop and chemical darkroom!
